Le Solar Impulse a volé. Le mercredi 7 avril, l’avion solaire de Bertrand Piccard a défié la pesanteur au dessus du pays helvétique. Après la réussite du premier take off en décembre -un rigoureux saut de puce- le célèbre oiseau a percé la fenêtre météo du printemps.
Autant d’expériences, d’investissements et de rêves concrétisés pour un projet sans pareil. Ecolo, culotté, génial… le projet Solar Impulse vise à faire voler l’avion de jour comme de nuit, sans autre source d’énergie que celle du Soleil. Quant à Bertrand Piccard, son objectif reste d’effectuer un tour du monde en 2012.
